We just bought sour cream and applesauce today so I will definitely be trying it out. Can't wait to try it. Thanks for the tip for the eggs but, I raise 11 chickens (10 hens & a rooster). Sooo, never have a problem with a bad egg. Here's a tip for brown sugar...don't purchase any. If you have molasses & sugar on hand that's what makes your brown sugar. 1 tablespoon of molasses for 1 cup of sugar makes a great dark brown sugar. Keep those great recipes coming.
