Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing

Another homemade salad dressing recipe, this one with a slight Middle Eastern twist. We love the taste of tahini. This dressing is simple to make – just put everything in your blender or food processor. It will keep a week to 10 days in the fridge.

Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing (makes 1 ½ cups)

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons tahini (stir it well before measuring)
  • 6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup canola oil

Put all of the ingredients in your blender or food processor and process until smooth. Serve over your favorite salad ingredients.
